Just a little header modification...

Modified the Force Fed Fabs longtube headers to run a different collector design I ordered from Davis Headers. This venturi style collector will help with keeping the exhaust velocity up, something I’m concerned about since this is a higher compression engine. Turn down tips are by Kooks. Needs a few finishing touches like the O2 bungs and retaining springs.

Needless to say, I was a bit concerned about cutting into a very uncommon set of headers, but I went for it anyway.

Turndown tip for driving with the open headers, keeps the O2 sensor a little happier...

Very nice. Those are going to look great.

Also, I what wheels are those? I think I might like something like those on my GTO.

Speedline Mistral 6's. Working on getting them up for sale, they’re incredibly rare but probably the only ones that will pay what I’m looking for will end up being on a Stanceworks/Stancenation page...

This might be the only set in existence actually, have not seen any other wheels or vehicles for sale with this lineup installed...

Having a weld seam at the throat of the venturi is an interesting concession for manufacturability. What’s the inside look like?

Old pic, but it’s pretty smooth. This guy usually builds headers for trophy trucks and stuff like that. These are way better inside than the others that were on it originally. Those looked like pounded dog crap...

Figures. Probably not 5X120 or the right offset either. I’m having a helluva time finding something simple and classy for it. Seems like every GTO owner wants to put either 19's or the same mesh style rim as everyone else.

Still, very nice wheels.

5x120.65, +48 offset. Loved them, can’t use them now since I went with CTSV brakes.

Ah. Where did you source your brakes from? I’ve been thinking of doing the cts-v brakes too.

Got them on ebay from ZZPerformance, rotors from amazon, all of the parts have gone up over $100 ea on them all because of the restomod/protouring guys buying them up like crazy.
